Kitchen of Kindness

Students cook homemade kosher meals and treats, then deliver them to anyone who could use a warm hug and a little love.

Our mission

Serving goodness with kindness

At Kitchen of Kindness, students cook homemade kosher meals and treats at the Chabad House, then deliver them to anyone who could use a warm hug and a little love. With every dish, students share comfort and care, one meal at a time.

“A small act of kindness can have a ripple effect that reaches far beyond what we can imagine.”

— The Lubavitcher Rebbe

How it works

From the kitchen to the front door

1

Students cook together

Students take over the Chabad House kitchen and cook homestyle kosher meals and treats from scratch, together.

2

Students deliver

Students pack up the fresh meals and treats and deliver them, free of charge, to anyone in our community who could use a warm hug and a little love.

3

Kindness keeps going

A warm meal or a box of treats lands at the door and a hard week gets a little brighter. Then a new crew of students takes over the kitchen and we do it all again.
